They had a live chat with the expert and learnt techniques of Kung Fu. They also had Q & A session comparing Kung Fu with other martial arts.     25 Jan 2016   Experts Visit - An expert in Muay Thai (Thailand’s Martial Art) Mr. KEBI RAJ visited our school and took basic class for the Children to get exposed to Thailand Martial Art.     27 Jan 2016   Experts Visit - A kalari expert ASAN DIXON JOSEPH and his disciples gave a demonstration on kalaripayattu techniques in our school. They explained the origin and history of this martial art     28 Jan 2016   Experts Visit - Taekwondo training has also been conducted in our school for the children of classes V and VI . Taekwondo trainer Mr. LENIN and his student demonstrated few techniques of Korean Martial Art and gave lecture on its history.     28 Jan 2016   VISIT TO MARTIAL ART ACADEMY - Students were taken to “INKO CULTURAL CENTRE” at R.A Puram for a hands – on practice in Korean martial art – “Taekwondo” by Master Yang.     30 Jan 2016   VISIT TO MARTIAL ART ACADEMY - Students visited “CHINESE BLACK TIGER KUNGFU ASSOCIATION”, a martial art training academy in Alwarthirunagar for hands-on practice session. Sifu “Anil Kumar” gave demo an lecture about kung fu.     2 Feb 2016   CHALLENGE GAME - Students played Martial Art “Challenge Games” in school where they chose the right type of punches and strikes from the 4 styles of martial arts learnt to clear the blocks posed by the Sensei (trainer)     4 Feb 2016   Flip Book -Students designed a flip book showing various postures or strikes they have learnt from 4 different martial arts. Flip book will be in the form of a motion picture when pages are turned rapidly.     8 Feb 2016   WALL MAGAZINE - They constructed wall magazines about the origin and history of 4 different martial arts and also depicted the culture and tradition of those countries.     10 Feb 2016   QUIZZATHON - “Connect it” (picture quiz) was conducted for the students to identify the various martial art postures and techniques by connecting two or more pictures.     24 Feb 2016   EXHIBITION - The Students organized an exhibition for other students, teachers and parents, showcasing the evolution of martial arts in each of the 4 countries along with their culture and tradition.
