Out of 12 Top 3 Rank Winners, 8 students are from our school. All of them are selected for participating in State Level Camp. LALIT SHARAVANAN Class VIII and YASHWANT Class VIII are also selected for state level Camp.
In the CBSE Science Exhibition, Regionals, our school team comprising of Vandita Agila and Nagamangalam have qualified for national finals to be held at Delhi. Hundreds of teams from all over Tamil Nadu participated in the regional finals.
Lions Club, Valasarawakkam, Chennai, honoured the people who can change lives with just the right mix of chalk and challenges "TEACHERS". The Teachers' Day Award Ceremony was organised in the Chinmaya Vidyalaya Senior Secondary School premises on 18 Sep 2019. Mrs.P.Vijayalakshmi, Principal of Chinmaya Vidyalaya was honoured for her exemplary contribution in the noble cause of education.

From Maths Department, received the best teacher's award from West Sahodaya Cluster Schools on 12 Sep 2019 at Schram Academy. This was given in appreciation of her dedication towards education and her pioneering efforts in empowering and nurturing young learners.
ISRO - CHANDRAYAAN 2
V.Pranav of class VIII is one of the two students who has been shortlisted from TamilNadu to witness the historical landing of Chandrayaan 2 on the moon at ISRO, Bengaluru in the august presence of Honorable Prime Minister of India, Shri.Narendra Modiji on Sep 7th, 2019.

III in DISTRICT LEVEL
Suruthi N and Ashwathy.M of class VII D participated in a science project competition for "Water management and Recycling" which was conducted by "Pudhiya Thalaimurai" at Sivanthi Public School, Kundrathur on 12th July 2019. They were placed 3rd on district level. They received a certificate, a medal, a watch and a cash award of Rs.15,000 (fifteen thousand).
FIRST IN SOUTHZONE
S.ADVAY of class VIII came first VVM South Zone of India in the zonal finals conducted at Hyderabad. He won a cash award of Rs.5000/-, a memento, and a certificate.
