Plan out your work, then work out your plan.
The former without the latter is a sheer waste.
The latter without the former is mere unproductive confusion.
—Swami Chinmayananda
In all worthwhile undertakings, There will be risks of failure, of disappointments, of even disaster. To face them all with inner poise and firm faith is to discover the glory of final victory.
—Swami Chinmayananda
“Negative thoughts weaken men. Do you not find that where parents are constantly taxing their sons to read and write, telling them they will never learn anything, and calling them fools and so forth, the latter do actually turn out to be so in many cases? If you speak kind words to boys and encourage them, they are bound to improve in time.”-Swami Vivekananda
World Mental Health Day 2020 was observed on Monday 11 Oct 2020.
World Mental Health Day (10 October) is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma.
Children were provided steps on how mental health could be improved by the school counsellor. Small things like exercising, eating a balanced and healthy food, opening up to other people in life, taking a break when needed, remembering something one is grateful for and getting a good night’s sleep, can be helpful in boosting emotional health.
Matrudina is celebrated to make students understand and instil the love and reverence for their mother. The event was conducted online and the children performed the Paduka puja of their mother and chanted the Matrustavanam.

Celebrated with a lot of gaiety Teachers' Day always stands out in the minds of both the teachers and children as a special day where in this year was made even more special by the wishes that poured in from both children and parents . The WhatsApp groups were flooded with greeting cards made with lots of love. Each wish was so special that the teachers were overwhelmed. The love expressed by the children made the teachers feel blessed and felt as if they were at school as usual. The teacher gives children a purpose, sets them up for success as citizens, and inspires them to do well and succeed in life. As the quote says "one child, one teacher, one book, one pen can change the world".

An online meeting was convened by our Principal to celebrate our Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayanandaji's 104th birthday on 8th May 2020. Gurudev's Ashtothra Namavali was chanted by all the teachers
followed by the aarthi with great fervor.
A video compilation which showcased our parents active participation of chanting and Gurustotram and offering of their humble
Pranams to our Gurudev was a visual treat of the celebration. This was followed by our students and teacher parents chanting the Gurupaduka stotram. Next the senior
students ably supported by our Alumni rendered the Gurupaduka Stotram. The aarti was a fitting finale to this devotional presentation. The programme was the brain child of our
Correspondent Sir, Principal Madam and Vice Principal Madam.
It was a blessing to be able to pay our reverence to our Pujya Gurudev on this special day.
