Inauguration of Karuna Club
The inaugural function of Karuna Club and induction of new membersfor the academic year 2013-14 in our school was celebrated on 09.07.13 (Tuesday). The primary objective of Karuna club is to create awareness among students from the early stage of life and kindle their feelings of love, kindness, and compassion towards all living beings, animal life, plant life and protection of environment. Principal Madam, introduced the chief guest and delivered the inaugural address. The chief guest, Shri Reddy, a senior member of the Karuna Club emphasied the need to become vegetarians.Soni, aclass VIII student, delivered a speech in Hindi highlighting the importance of being eco-friendly and taking care of its inhabitants. A dance performance depicting Indian culture and values was staged.
